Mid Term Examination VS My Birthday's..

Time..passed by everything surrounding us, it wont be able to come back or previous..

Everything that only left -- Memories in our Heart or Minds that cant forgettable forever..

February gonna be end sooner , March visit..

Now, i have been entered a wonderful College since 2 months ago..

& i took an ADP (American Degree Program) courses , Major - Communications..( 4+0 )

A new Year, a new Life , a new Beginning, a new Goal..

Therefore, i get a new Friends, a new Knowledge, a new Lecturer, a new Environment, a new Experience, a new Challenging, a new Places, a new World, etc..

I could told u guys that College Life is very difference between Primary school either secondary school..

Activities, Entertainment, Showcase, Clubs, Society, Party, Prom Night, etc..

but, a lot of assignments, proposal, showcase, report need to completed before the due date given..

However,i very appreciated it what i have..& My Life obviously Awesome indeed..

Other than that, I'm waiting for my SPM results too..

My mid term exam soon..

I'm so jittery..

Back From Malacca..

I'm just came back from Malacca yesterday..

Wow..I'm felt so excited & happy indeed to meet my cousins again..

(Because we just meet 2/3 times only in a year..)

But we will always keep in touch to each other through cell phone..

Damn Miss you all here..

Btw,We are so coincidence meet at Mahkota hotel..We reached at there in the same timing..

I'm surprised when i heard my mum said that mum will be arranged us stay in the same room..thanks,Aunty Catherine..

When i saw my sweet Cousins Adeline & Eleen..both of you changes a lot..

Adeline, you are so cute, you have a nice short hair style and absolutely really suitable for you..
Eileen, you are so tall & matures..you are only standard 5,anyway..you're looking very pretty..hehe..

Although we just stay at Malacca 2days 1night , because need to attend grandma birthday dinner party in a high standard Hotel ..Plus,to had our delicious dinner there with a sweets chocolate cake sponsor by Uncle Augustine..

Red wine may be able to protect you from heart disease and cancar.

But for some, one glass could be able be a health risk.

What's the story..?

PROS :

Heart Disease : The Copenhagen City Heart study tracked 13,000 people over 12 years and found those who drank wine every day halved the risk of dying from heart disease or stroke compare with those who never drank.

Prostate Cancer : A daily glass may halve a man's risk of prostate cancer according to a US study of 1500 man. The antioxidant resveratrol that is found in red grape skins may help clear the body of cancer-causing free radicals.

Longevity : Harvard researchers have found that resveratrol also switches on an enzyme that slows aging, extending the life of yeast cells by up to 70%. If this works as well in humans, this may extend human average life by up to 10 years.

CONS :

Histamine : Researchers at the Vienna Allergy Clinic tested the role of histamine in 28 patients with a history of red wine intolerance: 22 had higher histamine levels 30 minutes after drinking.The histamine levels in red wine can be at least ten times higher than those in white wine.

Migraine : A Lancet study tested migraine sufferers who thought red wine, not alcohol in general, caused their headaches. The wine sparked a migraine in 9 out of 11 of those tested, whereas those who drank vodka didn't experience an attack.

Teeth : The tartaric acid in red wine can wear away tooth enamel & red wine's tannins may also cause staining.
